Hi, my name is Jane! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and approved clinical supervisor in the state of Washington (LH60839100). I have lived in the Seattle area my entire life and love the PNW for everything it has to offer, from salty coastlines to snowy mountains. I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University, and previously studied photography and graphic design before transitioning into the field of psychology and mental health. I have over seven years experience in treating adolescents and adults in higher levels of care as well as in outpatient services, providing therapy and mental health support for a variety of presenting struggles. I have specialized training in the treatment of eating disorders in adolescents, as well as anxiety, depression, and trauma. My passion is working with young athletes who struggle with eating disorders, and I am committed to helping adolescents and their families find support and healing. My hope is to help young people discover the power of their voices, to feel empowered with a variety of effective tools, and to find safety and solace in the space I provide. In my personal life I enjoy connection with others, playing outside in the mountains, soccer, snowboarding, photography, and traveling.
