Services and fees

Counseling

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington (LH60839100). I work with individuals 12 years old and up and families in the greater Seattle area. I specialize in eating disorders, anxiety, depression and mood, and trauma. Please contact me if you are interested in this service. 

My rate is $170 per hour for 45 minute therapy sessions, and $210 for couples therapy sessions. I do accept a portion of clients on a sliding scale. Please contact me to inquire about sliding scale options and we can talk through options that might work for you.

Supervision

I am an approved clinical supervisor in the state of Washington and offer supervision to those who need clinical hours for their licensure. This is my third year providing supervision, and I am excited and passionate about helping other clinicians develop and grow. I had the honor of learning from someone who carefully mentored and inspired my own growth and development, and who challenged me to be a better version of myself. My hope is to serve others in this same way. Please contact me if you are interested in this service. 

My rate is $90 for an individual 60 minute supervision session.

Consulting

I provide eating disorder and body image consultation for fellow clinicians in the Seattle area. Many therapists seek consultation from other professionals when faced with an ethical issue or a challenging case. I provide specific consultation for the unique issues relating to and associated with eating disorders and disordered eating. My goal is to provide other clinicians the opportunity to consult with a specialist in the field in order to feel more secure and confident in their work with clients. My rate is $120 for an individual 45-50 minute consultation session, and $180 for a group (2-3 people) consultation session.

Payment and Insurance

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service and is billed electronically via credit card. I will also accept payment in the form of cash or check. However, despite the method of payment used, I require a valid credit card to be on file at all times.

Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider and am not currently paneled with any insurance companies. Payment is due at the time of service. I will provide a summary of services claim form for you to submit to your insurance company. It is each client’s responsibility to inquire with their insurance about their out-of-network benefits so that they know what to expect upon submission of insurance claim forms.

Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a late cancellation/no-show fee equal to the full amount of the session rate reserved for you.
